John Passmore

John Passmore KC has a commercial arbitration practice, covering a wide range of business sectors including aviation, banking and financial services, commodities, construction, derivatives, energy, healthcare, hospitality, insurance (marine and non-marine), information technology, mining, real estate, shipbuilding, shipping (wet and dry) and travel. John acts as an advocate and arbitrator. He has more than 30 years' experience of arbitration in England and Wales, China, Singapore, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. John was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln's Inn in 1992. He is a Supporting Member of the London Maritime Arbitrators' Association. He is also a CEDR-accredited mediator.
