David Samuels

David Samuels，（British），graduate from Merton College, Oxford University(LLB) and Trinity College, Cambridge University(LLM). In 2006, he founded Global Arbitration Review (GAR) and oversees all editorial and business operations for the publication. He currently serves as the Publisher of both Global Arbitration Review and Global Restructuring Review, and is the Contributing Publisher for Global Investigations Review and Global Competition Review.

With over two decades of experience in the legal publishing industry and a dedicated focus on the development of international arbitration, David has leveraged his profound academic background and extensive practical experience to establish Global Arbitration Review as a preeminent legal publication within the field.
