WANG Shuai，LLM and currently serves as a Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Justice. He concurrently is appointed as the Chairman of the Second Board of Directors of Hainan International Arbitration Court (Hainan Arbitration Commission). His professional experience spans tax administration, legislative affairs, and judicial administration.
