Wang Xuelin, male, born in October 1967, LLM of Private International Law of Wuhan University, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Justice Department of Hainan Province. He served as the former Deputy Director of the Legal Affairs Office of Hainan Province (Office of the Legal Adviser of the Provincial Government), a member of the Party Group, the Vice-President, a member of the trial Committee and the Director of the political department of the Haikou Maritime Court.
