Ms. Fu Qiongfeng, born in June 1964 in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, Han nationality, CPC member, currently serving as the President of Hainan Lawyers Association, Standing Committee Member of Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Hainan Province, Executive Committee Member of Hainan Province Women's Federation and Executive Director of Hainan Public Diplomacy Association.

She used to serve as the Executive Committee Member of Female Lawyers Association of the All-China Lawyers Association, deputy director of Marriage and Family Law Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association and Member of Publicity and Liaison Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association. She also served as Member of the 7th People's Political Consultative Conference of Hainan Province, Member of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Foreign Affairs Committee, Vice Presidents of the 6th and 7th Hainan Lawyers Association, Director of Hainan Farvison Law Firm.
